- Full Body Circuit Training
Do you like varied, fast-paced workouts? Here you move through different stations where strength and endurance tasks alternate. The workout keeps you in active, continuous movement throughout, while your whole body is working. You can choose from several difficulty levels for each exercise, so you can always improve at your own pace. The momentum and team spirit will carry you through the workout, and at the end you will know exactly how much you gave it.
Premium Small Group Personal Training
Small group, personalized fitness training where you get real attention. We work according to a consciously structured program, alternating upper and lower body focused workouts to ensure you develop in a balanced way. Everyone progresses at their own level, but the goal is the same: to become stronger and more confident. We track your progress with a training diary in which you track weights, repetitions and your progress. This is not just a workout – it is a system in which you can see and feel the progress.
- Body Boost / Functional Strength and Endurance Training
A dynamic training based on blocks, where more intense, fast-paced strengthening and stabilizing tasks alternate. You work actively throughout, while your whole body is loaded. Thanks to the structure, your strength, endurance and stability develop simultaneously.
- Fit Mama
A workout designed for expectant mothers and mothers-to-be, where you can bring your child with you. Safe, gradually built-up movement that helps you regain strength and feel good in your body again. During the workout, we pay attention to core stability and correct execution, while you can move in a supportive, accepting environment. You don't have to choose between movement and your child - here you can have both.
- HYROX Training
Intensive, functional training, which is based on cardio, endurance and strength-building tasks. The workouts follow the logic of the 8 basic elements of HYROX: running, SkiErg, rowing, sled push and pull, burpee broad jump, farmer's carry, lunges and medicine ball throws (Wall Ball). The structure allows you to continuously improve your performance, while each exercise can be adjusted to your own level. A challenging yet easy-to-follow system where every workout has a purpose.
- HIIT / Interval
A fast-paced, intense workout that gets you going quickly and keeps you moving throughout. 45 minutes of focused work, alternating between harder and rest periods. The workout is designed to provide a noticeable workout in a short amount of time, while also building stamina and helping you stay in shape. It's an ideal choice if you're looking for an effective workout and like a fast pace.
- Mobilization / Stretching
A slower-paced workout that focuses on increasing range of motion, releasing tight muscles, and regenerating. It helps to counteract everyday stress, improve movement quality, and help prevent injuries. An ideal choice for sedentary work, stressful weekdays, or more intense workouts if you want to move better and feel lighter in your body.
