Classes consist of varied exercises that develop strength, endurance and mobility, while everyone can progress at their own pace. You can move in a supportive environment, where progress and experience are present at the same time. 

Personal Training (1:1) 

Personal training focuses on you. The training program is tailored to your goals, current condition, and pace of development, so you can work on change effectively and safely. Whether it's strengthening, improving stamina, or changing your lifestyle, personal training helps you move towards your goals consciously and step by step. 

Couple Personal Training

If you prefer to exercise with someone, paired training is a great option. You can work out with a friend, partner, or family member while both of you receive personalized attention. Working out together is not only more motivating, but it's often more fun, making it easier to exercise regularly and stick with it in the long run.
